2019 has been a great year for all of us here in Low Carb Cooking magazine. That is why we want to greet 2020 with more than just a bang and we want you, our readers to be a part of it.

During the second week of January 2020, Low Carb Cooking will host a food festival here Trentham, New Zealand. It is going to be 3 days of good food, good times, and good friends.

We want you to be a part of it because, without our readers, Low Carb Cooking wouldn’t have been where it is today. You know the best thing about this, there is no entrance fee, it is free for all interested in attending.

Food Stores all over

We are inviting local and international food businesses to grace the event and sell their signature foods during the event. We’re talking about all kinds of cuisine from all over the globe.

The food is not going to be free by the way, but we will make sure that everything is delicious beyond imagination and affordable.

You are going to travel around the world with all the food you are going to enjoy.

Low Carb Cooking Contest

It’s not a food festival without a cooking contest. We are inviting aspiring chefs out there to join the L3C (Low Carb Cooking Contest). The theme of the cooking competition is, of course, low carb cooking and meals.

We are looking to welcome more than 50 contestants. They will battle it out in 3 stages including the finals. There will only be one champion and we are so excited to see who it’s going to be.

The contest will also be streamed live on all our online platforms and social media accounts. So, the world is going to be watching.

The screening stage is still on-going so if you want to put your chef hat in the running, do so now.

Live Cooking Galore

We are inviting professional chefs from New Zealand and the US to take part in the event. We’re not sharing names at this stage. They will cook on stage and speak about the biggest developments in the food industry.

These chefs are invited to discuss the biggest trends, news, and issues thousands of chefs and aspiring chefs are dealing with today. It is going to be great and once again; we want you there.
